Hunter Valley evenings can become quite chilly in May. While heaters, firepits, and blankets will be available, we recommend bringing a coat or outer layer for the evening. -
TRANSPORT WILL BE ARRANGED FOR OUR WEDDING DAY AND IS OPTIONAL FOR THE RECOVERY LUNCH. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE SHARED CLOSER TO THE WEDDING ONCE RSVPS ARE FINALISED. PARKING WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AT EACH VENUE ACROSS ALL THREE EVENTS.

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

We ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos throughout the weekend.

Yes, all food and drinks will be provided across all three events.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be adults only. For guests travelling with children, babysitting services can be arranged for the wedding day. Please let us know when you submit your RSVP.
If you require childcare for any of our other wedding events, we recommend booking directly with Little Guests or Red Zebra.

Guests from the Gold Coast can fly into Sydney or Newcastle. We recommend hiring a car, as transport options in the Hunter Valley are limited. Details in the Travel and Accommodation page.

There is a local general store in Wollombi, but we recommend purchasing most supplies before arriving.
